Eligibility

The program is intended for pathologists and graduates preparing to apply to U.S. pathology residency programs who seek structured engagement with gastrointestinal pathology cases.

Applicants should demonstrate:

 

Completion of medical training (or final-year status) 

Interest in pathology training, national or international 

Foundational knowledge in general pathology 

Willingness to engage in active case-based work 

 

Program Schedule

The program is offered three times per year:

  • Fall (October) 

  • Winter (February) 

  • Summer (June–July) 

These sessions are timed to align with the U.S. residency application cycle.

Professional Expectations

Participants are expected to:

  • Prepare cases independently for discussion 

  • Commit to diagnostic impressions 

  • Present structured reasoning 

  • Engage professionally in discussion 

  • Maintain confidentiality 

The program reflects the analytical expectations of subspecialty sign-out conferences.
